The Semex Holstein Australia On-Farm competition is here

The Semex Australia On-Farm Competition is Australia's largest dairy livestock judging competition, attracting around 3,000 entries from 500 breeders each year. Separate competitions will be conducted in each Holstein Australia Sub-Branch during October and November, with these competitions over-judged to determine overall Champions and placegetters. The format of the Semex Holstein Australia On-Farm Competition means all breeders can compete against the best in their region or State on an equal basis.

Are you looking for your next Holstein herd bull?

Holstein Australia has just published a list of over 400 genomically tested bulls available for sale from most regions across Australia. With an average BPI 157, this reflects the high quality of bulls being registered and tested by Holstein Australia members. The full genomic tested herd bull list and breeder details can be accessed at the link below.

The number of genomically tested animals continues to rise offering buyers the opportunity to purchase bulls with the confidence they have the most current and reliable ABV (g)'s available.
